A 12-piece titanium exhaust manifold stud kit with nuts and washers. Made from GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium — lighter than steel, strong at high temperatures, and it won't rust or seize.

The 55mm length is designed for aftermarket intake manifolds and intake manifolds using thermal gaskets. The extra 10mm over the standard 45mm stud provides the thread engagement needed when the combined flange and gasket thickness is greater than factory.

Installation Notes

Do not install titanium fasteners dry. Galling (cold welding) can occur on the first install and permanently damage threads.

  1. Clean the manifold and cylinder head threads thoroughly with a thread chaser and brake cleaner.

  2. Apply nickel-based anti-seize to the stud threads only. Copper-based anti-seize must not be used with titanium (galvanic corrosion risk).

  3. Hand-start each stud until finger-tight. Never use an impact gun to start titanium fasteners.

  4. Torque to your vehicle manufacturer's specification using a calibrated torque wrench.

  5. Re-check torque after the first heat cycle and again after 50–100 km.
