RISON TITANIUM Hollow Taper Wheel Lug Bolts – 20PCS Set
A complete 20-piece titanium lug bolt set for aftermarket wheels. Aerospace-grade GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V), 60° conical seat, 28mm thread length, 75mm total length. Available in M12x1.5 and M14x1.5. The hollow taper design with cutout sections reduces weight while maintaining strength, and the titanium construction means these will never rust.

Hollow Taper Design – What It Does
The hollow taper (conical bushing) design provides a more stable friction coefficient between the bolt seat and the wheel hub. This helps maintain consistent clamping force under load and reduces the risk of the bolt loosening over time. The hollow cutout sections reduce weight without sacrificing strength — a design detail that matters for high-performance and track applications.
Conical Seat – For Aftermarket Wheels Only
Most OEM wheels use a ball seat (spherical) bolt. Aftermarket wheels — BBS, Enkei, Work, and nearly every tuner-style wheel — require a 60° conical seat. This bolt is built for that application.
Do not mix seat types. Using a conical bolt in a ball-seat wheel (or vice versa) creates single-line contact instead of full surface contact. The bolt can loosen while driving.

Installation Notes
Do not install titanium bolts dry. Galling (cold welding) can occur on the first install and permanently damage threads.

Clean hub threads thoroughly with a thread chaser and brake cleaner.

Apply nickel-based anti-seize to the bolt threads only. Do not apply to the conical seat — seat friction holds the wheel securely. Copper-based anti-seize must not be used with titanium.

Hand-start each bolt until finger-tight. Never use an impact gun to start titanium fasteners.

Torque to the vehicle manufacturer's specification using a calibrated torque wrench.

Re-check torque after 50–100 km.
